| Gulf Island, L.L.C., the largest division of
Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc., is a worldwide fabricator for the oil and gas industry. Since 1985, the
company's experienced team of professionals has been providing quality construction services. Located in
Houma, Louisiana on the Houma Navigation Canal, Gulf Island, L.L.C. subsidiaries have direct access to
the Gulf of Mexico, about 30 miles away.
Expansive facilities, encompassing more than 700 acres, are located adjacent to each
other, and include approximately 175,000 square feet of secured warehouse and storage area, and 3,850
linear feet of steel bulkhead to enhance the stability of massive loadouts. A fourth integrated subsidiary
is located in Port Aransas, Texas, with two fabrication yards of 360 acres and 3600 linear feet of bulkhead
waterfront. Each of these highly advanced facilities are purpose-designed for assembly-line manufacturing
efficiency. This configuration allows project managers to match manpower resources with individual project
requirements in order to meet strict delivery schedules and to reduce project costs.
We also offer electrical and instrumentation services, stress relieving, and machine shop
production services through various subcontractors. Gulf Island maintains a quality management system that
