Richard W. Heo
President & Chief Executive Officer
Richard Heo became Chief Executive Officer in November 2019. Prior to joining the Company he served as Senior Vice President of North, Central and South America for McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott”). Prior to his time with McDermott, Richard served as Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services for Chicago Bridge & Iron N.V. (“CB&I”) and President of CB&I’s Engineered Products business unit. Prior to joining CB&I, he served in various senior leadership positions at KBR, Inc. Richard holds an MBA from Tulane University, a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Houston and a BS in Biochemistry from Trinity University. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Heo is currently overseeing the Company’s Fabrication & Services Divisions.
Westley S. Stockton
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Wes Stockton became Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stockton served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Chicago Bridge & Iron ("CB&I"), and prior to that served in senior leadership positions within financial operations and mergers and acquisitions for CB&I. Prior to his time with CB&I, Mr. Stockton worked in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen in audit-related roles. Mr. Stockton is a certified public accountant.
Executive Vice President - Shipyard
Christian Vaccari became Executive Vice President – Shipyard in June 2019. Mr. Vaccari previously served as Senior Vice President – Business Development beginning in January 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vaccari served as President and CEO of LEEVAC Shipyards. Prior to his time with LEEVAC, Mr. Vaccari co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Hornbeck Offshore Services. He was also co-founder and General Partner of Audubon Capital Fund I, LP SBIC, and co-founder and director of Riverbarge Excursion Cruise Lines.
Roy P. Francis
Executive Vice President
Roy Francis became Executive Vice President in August 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Francis served as Senior Vice President – Business Development & Government Affairs, and in various other capacities for the Company beginning in 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Francis served as the Coastal Zone Manager for Lafourche Parish Government, as Manager of a Hurricane Protection Levee Board and Executive Director of the LA 1 Coalition, Inc., a non-profit corporation that was instrumental in securing funding to build a toll-bridge to Port Fourchon which is the largest energy port in the U.S.
